What to Expect on the Cabo Tour with Edvin

Our cruise to Cabo is has been postponed to February 18-24, 2024 - but we're still excited! We will be on board the amazing Carnival Panorama cruise ship for 6 days, during which we will be stopping in Cabo for two days and in Ensenada for one day.

On our first day in Cabo, our operations manager Edvin will be leading us on a tour! We will be exploring the wonderful city together, visiting interesting sites, tasting tantalizing tequila, and enjoying delicious Mexican cuisine!

Here’s the full itinerary:

9:00AM

Meeting at the Piano Bar (Deck 5) before the Cabo tour

10:30AM

Pick up at Main Pier

11:20AM - Pearl jewelry, Mission and Main Plaza

Cabo is known for being a source of magnificent pearls. During this tour, you’ll get to see them in person, learn about them, and even buy some for yourself or a loved one! Then, we’ll immerse ourselves in Mexican culture and history as we explore the Mission and the Main Plaza.

12:10PM - Tequila tasting and shopping

It’s never too early to drink when you’re on vacation, right? Around noon, we’ll get to taste authentic Mexican tequila to really get the party started. We’ll also have some time to shop for souvenirs.

1:30PM - Lunch at Mexican restaurant

From tacos to taquitos, and every delicious thing in between, in the afternoon, we’ll enjoy some authentic Mexican cuisine for lunch.

2:20PM - The Glass Factory

Local entrepreneur Sebastian Romo opened The Glass Factory in 1990. For many years, it was the only hand-blown glass factory on the Baja Peninsula. Upon walking inside the factory, you’ll be amazed at the sight of beautiful glass creations being made right in front of you!

3:00PM - Glass Bottom Boat Tour (History of Cabo San Lucas Tuna Cannery)

We’ll be finishing our tour on a boat! A glass bottom boat is exactly what it sounds like - the boat is transparent so you can see the water underneath you. On this stunning tour, we’ll also get to learn about the history of Cabo San Lucas’s Tuna Cannery.
