- You will receive an order confirmation e-mail with seat numbers for concerts.
- All names and date of births provided must be accurate with valid passport.
WHERE IS MY CONFIRMATION?
Your Ticket Tailor confirmation e-mail includes your entire package. Once you purchase your package, your information will be used to book you on the cruise. You will receive your cruise confirmation documents to the email you provided during your purchase.
- Bring your e-mail confirmation and valid U.S. passport to check-in at the cruise terminal.
CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
All sales are non-refundable.
WHEN IS BOARDING?
Boarding times are set during "Check-In" process online via Royal Caribbean website.
All guests must be checked-in and onboard ship no later than 90 minutes prior to sailing time.
