DO I NEED TO BE VACCINATED OR TAKE A COVID TEST?
There is no vaccination or COVID test requirement for entry into Mexico. To re-enter the United States, all guests must take a COVID test at the resort 48 hours prior to their return flight from Cancun.

Packages are exclusively sold through SVH Travel. There are no ticket sales for just the events, you must make the purchase through our company.

HOW DO I PURCHASE A PACKAGE?

- All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
- All names and date of births provided must be accurate with valid passport.
WHERE IS MY CONFIRMATION?
Your Ticket Tailor confirmation e-mail includes your entire package. Once you purchase your package, your information will be used to book you on the cruise. You will receive your flight & hotel confirmation documents to the email you provided during your purchase 2 weeks prior to your departure date.
- Bring your e-mail confirmation and valid U.S. passport to check-in at the airport.
